At Twickenham Yacht Club, we are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all of our members, guests, and the wider boating community.

To ensure the smooth running of our on-the-water and ashore activities, we have put together a comprehensive set of guidelines. These policies outline our standards for health and safety, member responsibilities, and the procedures for safely managing all club events.

We require all members to familiarize themselves with our core club policies, which include:

• Health & Safety Policy: Our primary commitment to maintaining a safe environment across the clubhouse and grounds.
• On-Water Risk Assessment: Strict procedures and evaluations to minimize risks during sailing, cruising, and paddleboarding.
• Adult Safeguarding: Protecting the wellbeing, dignity, and rights of all adult members and participants.
• Child Safeguarding & Protection: Ensuring a secure, supportive, and vigilant environment for our younger sailors and youth members.
• Equality: Promoting a fair culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect for everyone at the club.
• CCTV Policy: Guidelines on the use of surveillance to ensure the security of our members, facilities, and stored vessels.
